With the Tet Holiday upon us, workers are working overtime for sure in District 1 to make the January 31 deadline when the Flower Festival begins.

Strewn in the middle of Nguyen Hue St. are hundreds of flowers in a myriad of colors ready to be arranged into the complex structures and designs Saigon Tourist came up with.

The Flower Festival starts on January 31 till February 6, 2011.  Read more about it here.
