The Flower Festival along Nguyen Hue St. starts tonight till February 6, 2011.

Spied the beautiful design today when I went to work and I only saw parts of it.  I have yet to see other end near the People’s Committee Building.

This morning they weren’t allowing people to go inside the festival area yet.  Mostly, I saw people from the press taking lots of photos with their models in Vietnamese costumes.

This afternoon when I left work, the whole of Nguyen Hue St. has been closed to vehicles.  If you’re bringing your motorbike, I saw a parking area at the corner of Nguyen Hue and Ton Duc Thang streets.
