Goodbye Lisp4?

I admit it.  I am a social media animal.  But can you blame me?

The attraction of getting an account in Facebook is that it keeps me connected with my family and friends back home and abroad.  It’s bad enough that I can’t talk to them as often as I can, and then Vietnam decided that Facebook is unacceptable.  Well, the VN government didn’t say that in so many words but hey, where is Facebook access now?

When this happened last year, I got on Hotspot Shield.  But seeing how slow Facebook is using hotspot, we changed to a Google VPN.  Now, late last year, that was gone as well.  Then, we found about http://lisp4.facebook.com — which has gone AWOL as of an hour ago.  Will it return?  I do not know.

So now, I’m back to the ever reliable hotspot.  How long will this be available?  I have no idea.  For all I know, it’ll be gone too any minute.

Maybe I should sign up with http://zing.vn.  Check out Facebook alternatives.

Hi Gemma! Where are you located? I wonder why Facebook is not yet available everywhere in Vietnam. Try hotspot shield. 🙂

P.S. What province are you from in the Philippines?
