Love the food in one of my favorite restaurants in District 1 so much that I actually approached one of the waiters for the recipes of 2 of their delicious dishes.

And whaddya know?  Today, right after my lunch there, the waiter gave me their recipe book, a notepad, and pen.  He let me copy word for word!  Amazing!

Now, I have the recipes but the real questions are being able to execute the dishes itself and finding the ingredients.  I suck at both departments.

Good thing I can always go back to the restaurant and feast on my favorite meal!
