How many stamps does Vietnam issue in a year?
Coz today, I saw a couple of new stamps. The stamp on the left symbolizes Vietnam being part of the ASEAN Community while the one on the right is in commemoration of the 8oth year of the Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh.
