Broken Windows

Hai Trieu St. was closed this afternoon from traffic.  I’m not sure why but everyone was looking up the Bitexco Financial Tower.  And when I looked up myself, I saw a couple of broken windows marring the tower’s sleek facade.

I wonder what that was all about.

    From the looks of it, I’d say the window cleaners broke those windows; more specifically, the pulley system they rode on.

    Yeah. Looks like it. Hope the window workers weren’t hurt.

    I didn’t spy any articles in the vina press about SG window cleaners falling to their horrific deaths from a great height. Whoever were on that pulley that day probably got enough scares to last them a life’s time though. 🙂
