A Walk in the Park

Thought it would be a good day to go out for a walk this morning that my son, Sam went with me to pay some bills.

Monday morning was blessed with blue skies and warm sunshine — a welcome reprieve from the rainy days last week!

I used to walk along this area pushing a stroller two years ago with my son sleeping or drinking milk.  Now, he walks beside me or runs ahead of me to explore the road ahead.

He didn’t like the glare from the sun so he insisted on wearing my sunglasses and declaring, “That’s better!”  He hated me taking his pictures though like some kinda paparazzi.

Sky Garden was just waking up from the lazy weekend and we saw the workers just starting to do some gardening.

Since the morning is pretty slow for Geelicious, they are offering discounts from 10 AM to 2 PM (10% discount or 15% discount for a group of 4).

Sam has been looking at the violins longingly in this shop for a couple of weeks now.

But I think he’s still too young to start violin classes.  What do you think?

I don’t know how much the violins Mozart is selling but I’m sure it’s a price I’ll cry over if Sam breaks one.

Maybe we’ll go out for walks more often so he’d stop bugging me about the violin — because he sure did enjoy this one.
