It’s the time of the year again when a lot of shops in Vietnam close for the TET Holiday.  The official holiday starts on January 23 till January 26 BUT not all shops follow this.

Below is a partial schedule of some shops I know during TET.  If you know more, kindly share the information.   Most come from Sta. Fe’s TET Survival Guide focusing more on malls and supermarkets.  Lemme know if you want a copy.  Beats arriving at a shop only to find that it’s closed for the season.

Coop Mart – Closed from January 22 at 12 NN to January 23

Diamond Plaza – Closed from January 22 at 4 PM to January 24

Geisha – Reduced hours on January 22 to 26; 9 AM to 9 PM

Harvest Baking – Closed on January 22 to 29

Hogs Breath – OPEN!

Jaspas – OPEN!

Landmark Health Club – OPEN! 8 AM to 8 PM

Lotte Mart – Closed on January 23

Metro – Closed from January 12 NN to January 24

Parkson (D1) – Will close early January 22 at 3:30 PM

Tamago Restaurant – OPEN!

Pendolasco – OPEN!

Pho 36 (PMH) – Closed on January 21 to 27

UMA – Closed from January 23 at 4 PM to 26

Veggys – Closed on January 22 (12 PM) until January 26 (7:30 PM)

Vincom – Closed on January 22 to 23

Vino – Closed on January 22 to 30

YOFI (Sky Garden) – Closed on January 22 to 25 😦
