Dragon Dance

We’ve been eating at Khan Restaurant for sometime now that we didn’t realize that it hasn’t officially opened.

It was a welcome surprise when we stepped out last Saturday to find people crowding in front of the restaurant listening to the drum performance and watching the dragon dance.

Truly, the Vietnamese (Korean?) has taken some of its traditions from the Chinese.

Although Sam enjoyed the show, he couldn’t help cover his ears because of the loud sound.

There were several dragons.  I think I counted 7.  Is there supposed to be a special number?

Does the man in the mask with a big beerbelly represent bounty?

Loved watching the dragons dance!
