This Saturday with our friends we went to Saigon Children’s Charity, Saigon Cyclo Challenge 2012.
It was an ordeal waking up so early on a Saturday but it was a fun morning nonetheless. Our kids eagerly posed for the camera and enjoyed the different games going around.
Thank God for Sta. Fe Relocation Services for their bouncy castle. We could work on our booth while the kids were occupied.
RMIT students taught the kids frisbee as well.
By the way, look at Sta. Fe’s cool cyclo!
VTV was covering the event.
The race was pretty intense. And I’ve got to admit, kinda scary too with the cyclo drivers racing without passengers. The cyclos aiming for the curves along the Crescent lake looked wobbly.
To prove my point, watch this:
Other than that, the race was fun! And I hope Saigon Children’s Charity received a lot of donation for this event! See you again next year Saigon Cyclo Challenge!
