I haven’t sent a postcard for over 2 months I think. So I had to send 17 postcards today. The trouble was right after going to the post office, I received an email about someone wanting me to send him a postcard. Sigh.
I hope he can wait for a couple of months because I don’t think I can visit the post office again before I give birth.
And after writing on 17 postcards, I just realized how godawful my handwriting really is! I don’t want to see it again just yet. 😛 It’s embarrassing because the other people mailing out their postcards were checking out mine.
Oh and since I haven’t been in the post office for quite awhile, I got disoriented where to go have my postcards stamped. The group handling letters and postcards moved to the right side again!
I love how alive snail mail is just by looking at this photo. Getting a written letter or postcard is still one of the sweetest things in life!
Here are my favorites from the batch I sent today.

Hi Lyra,
Obviously things are getting more difficult as the time for your precious bundles arrival nears. Please feel free to contact me if you need anything. Expat life can be difficult enough as can having a baby. Put the two together…… Wowza! You know where to find me. Dani
Thanks Dani! I will give you a holler! 🙂
I have so enjoyed your blog for the 15 months I have been in PMH. Your wit has made me laugh and the info has been invaluable!
Wishing you and your family many blessings with your new little one 😉
