Philippine Consulate

This year, I got to know the Philippine Consulate here in Saigon as I’ve been processing some documents needed for my son’s Birth Certificate.  So how do you know if you’re in the right place?

It’s found at Hem 40 in Binh Thanh District.

Located at 40/5 Pham Viet Chanh St., Ward 19 Binh Thanh District.

First time I’ve seen this.  😀  Si Noynoy pala presidente natin? 😉

A Filipina-American will greet you here and she’s most helpful. 🙂  Kahit mag-Tagalog ka, maiintindihan ka niya!

I had to take photos of our Philippine flag.  It’s been awhile since I’ve seen one.  3 stars and a sun!

The Philippine Consulate is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 8 am to 11:30 am ONLY.
