Food Trip: Premium Gourmet Seafood Buffet

Aside from Premium Gourmet being one of the nicest places in Phu My Hung to shop for grocery, fresh produce, wine, and cheese (I get my brie and chevre de buchre here!)— it’s also one of the best places to dine!  The food is delicious and the ambiance is private.  Check out my previous entry on this.

So when we received news that they have seafood buffet on Fridays through Sundays —

We did the happy dance!

They also serve hotpot and you can choose from — 🙂

Of course I didn’t get to take photos because I was too busy eating.  But anyhow, they serve the buffet at the 3rd and 4th floors which includes (aside from the seafood and hotpot) Vietnamese dishes, sushi, hot vit lon, fish, soup, noodles, and a whole lot more.  Sure worth checking out for 269,000 VND and at 20% off.

Now, we don’t have to travel far to get our seafood fix!

    How do the restaurants keep their seafood fresh? Do you ask yourself this question as you eat out? This article aims to answer this question by explaining how seafood is kept fresh.One of the safest and healthiest foods that are found in restaurants are sea foods. Once the food is bought from the market, or brought into the restaurant by a supplier, the simplest way to keep it fresh is to ensure that it remains cold. The most common of seafood freeze at temperatures of around 27 degrees Fahrenheit.;
