From previous posts, you’d know that we spent 4 days in Dalat but I really think we didn’t go around all that much. Not that I’m complaining because I wasn’t really into the “rush-type” of vacation where you have this strict schedule to follow. So we only got to see what we can fit in our relaxed schedule. 😉
Our first tour was for the kids and because it was crazy having 2 babies, 2 toddlers, 1 teenager, and 10 kids at heart in our group, we decided we should go to Crazy House first.
Crazy House is like a a mash up of what you’d see when you put Disney and Grimm’s fairy together. There are lots of staircases, tunnels, and rooms that you can get lost in. At some point we were hollering for the kids because we couldn’t find them at all. We didn’t know if they were lost or we were. 😛 The scary part was there were pretty high places that kids shouldn’t explore without an adult.
There were pretty awesome views when you look down though. I love this purple view.
Check out this weirdly sculpted house.
This should give you an idea how high up the highest point was. It’s not for the faint of heart.
I’m not too scared of heights but this Crazy House doesn’t actually make me feel secure climbing up. 😛 Some handrails were just knee high and some staircases were very narrow.
We had a fun time though scaring the little ones and those among us with fear of heights. Hehe!
