The theme of this year’s Flower Festival or Flower Street along Nguyen Hue is “The Heart of Vietnam” — which kinda reminded me of the display in 2010 where hearts where also part of the theme together with the year of the Tiger.  Hope this year won’t be a rehash of 2010.  Can’t wait how they’ll incorporate the Snake in this year’s design.  Last year’s dragon was a sight to behold!
