It got quite crazy preparing for my son’s first birthday and I wouldn’t have been able to pull it off if I hadn’t gotten help from suppliers. So here’s a big shout out to three suppliers who did a stellar job!

Early on, I knew I wanted balloons for the party to make the venue look more festive. I’ve searched online and have communicated with other Vietnamese suppliers but Kim Nguyen of M&N Design was the easiest to talk to. She delivered my helium balloons and the magician. She also have other entertainment like the clown, balloon man, and face painter among others. You can contact her at kimnguyen1908@yahoo.com.vn.  It was so easy to deal with her through email. We didn’t even have to meet up. I was that confident I guess knowing her as the wife of my former boss. 😉

Wendy Quarter of Theme Parties Oi is another terrific supplier. I even asked her of her recommendations and she’d always reply to my queries. She provided additional party favors which she delivered as promised. You can contact her through her website or at info@themeparties-oi.com.

I was thinking of a way to convey the Lego theme to the guests so I decided on a life-size cut out.

I canvassed a couple and found that Arrow offers competitive prices.  I got in touch with Peter Flikweert who I dealt with through email.  Everything was quick and easy. I just sent the file of the design and they delivered. The material by the way is made of 5mm foamex which is thin but pretty sturdy. You can contact him at peter@arrowqc.com.
