I have no idea why it has taken this long for us to try Co Ba Vung Tau when it’s just a 5-minute walk from our home. Co Ba Vung Tau of course serves only Vietnamese dishes.
When friends from Manila came for a visit, we thought we’d try out this restaurant. The banh khot is their specialty, so this should be on your table when you come for a visit.
Banh xeo is a favorite so I just had to order this.
No friend of ours should go home without tasting Vietnamese spring rolls, so we ordered this seafood spring roll —
The Lotus salad is one of hubby’s favorite —
Our table spread looked like this:
Just enough for 4 people. Well, actually, we were unable to finish everything.
Will I go back? Definitely. I think if I continue on going here, I’d turn into a pescetarian eventually. 😛

The food looks fantastic! How pricey is this restaurant? I’d love to go while I’m in Saigon but I”m on a student budget 😛
Hi Kayla. It’s not expensive! This food for 4-5 people was around 25USD.
