Just spreading the word for this year’s Consular Mission. The schedule is as follows:

March 22-23
June 21-22
September 20-21
December 13-14

The time is from 9 am to 12 NN and 1:30 to 5PM.

The venue will be at the Philippine Consulate General 40-5 Pham Viet Chanh St., Ward 19, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

Again, this will be BY APPOINTMENT.  So email them on your preferred schedule:  consular_philembassyhanoi@yahoo.com and/or hnpe2000@gmail.com.  They will only process request for appointment for the first mission till March 3, 2014. Only 50 slots are available per mission.

• Renewal application for passports
• New passport application
• Report of birth
