The first The Bean Store opened sometime in 2012 at Vo Van Tan St. It’s quite a long drive to the location and is not really in the central business district.That’s why am glad they finally opened their second store in Unionsquare where it’s nearer my workplace. If you don’t know it yet, Vincom A has finally chosen the name Unionsquare. 😛

They’ve been only open for a few days and got to chat with one of the founders, Phuong who was overseeing the operations for today. She’s such a lovely person and I loved working with her to plan my son’s baptism party back in 2012.

Still giddy that they’ve kept the concept of the first store to their second store. I love all the details.

The same stools, tables, and light fixtures designs.

The walls and flooring are still much like their first store.

And the food? Still delicious!!! I ordered my favorite Omurice with mayo and mushroom. 🙂

We ordered the chicken Teriyaki for my son but the photo came out blurry much like this Matcha Green Tea. 😀

We of course had to get the Takoyaki Octopus.

And like their first store, the kitchen is right by the entrance so you could see them prepare your food.
