Heard that Nguyen Hue Street is now open to public after months of construction.
Either side of the promenade is open to vehicles, but through the whole length of the middle area fronting the People’s Committee Building, people can freely walk around.
Since it’s a holiday, it was no wonder why the place was full of people.
There are audio speakers all around playing traditional Vietnamese music.
If my memory serves me right, the street will be closed to vehicles during weekends. I am loving this new addition to the city. Hopefully, trees will be added on either side of the promenade.
