[21 June 2015 UPDATE]: The mobile consular mission extended till tomorrow, June 22 from 8:30 am to 12 nn and 1-2 pm.

The June consular mission is on June 20-21, 2015 (Saturday and Sunday). The time is from 9 am to 12 NN and 1:30 to 5PM. As in previous years, the venue will be at the Philippine Consulate General 40-5 Pham Viet Chanh St., Ward 19, Binh Thanh District, HCMC. This is on a  First Come, First Served basis.  At the start of consular services each day, you will have to get your number stub.

From what I understand, they’ll just give out the stub BEFORE 9 am. If you’ve got kids with you or senior citizens, best to go on Friday, June 19 from 3 to 5 PM — where only senior citizens, pregnant women, and children under 18 will be accommodated. The following can be processed during the mission:

• Renewal application for passports
• New passport application
• Report of birth
