Six years ago, together with about 30 families, we embarked on a journey to an exciting new place — Ho Chi Minh City. I hardly knew any of my husband’s colleagues nor their families but fast forward to six years after, we have become the best of friends — a community of Filipino thriving in Vietnam.

2015 has become a crossroad for most of us — some moving on to different companies, countries or back to Manila. But all, eternally grateful for the opportunity to have spent time in this city.

Vietnam has been a blessing and hopefully (fingers crossed), it will continue to be.
