Caffe Bene is the latest addition to the cafes in Vivo. Okay so now Vivo City has 4 cafes including Starbucks, Phuc Long, and Highlands Coffee. I swear people here have caffeine running through their veins in lieu of blood. 😛

I was excited to visit because I missed their cheese bread.

If you’ve been to their first store along Dong Khoi in District 1, the Vivo City branch is much smaller but it took advantage of the front area of Vivo City, so it’s really quite nice.

And because it was their opening day, they weren’t prepared for the people who came… so… nope, no cheese bread for me or waffles for Sam. 😦

The Coffee Bingsu was still good though.

Hubby had the cream cheese bagel and our friend had this bread (above). I actually expressed my disappointment to the Manager and asked if the other food offerings will be available soon — to which, she said yes. They were just not prepared with the crowd that came in. 😛

Before we left, she handed me a paper bag! Pampalubag loob! Haha!

Such a wonderful gesture! The manager gave us a couple of mugs! Wow!

Thanks Caffe Bene! We will definitely come back for the cheese bread!
