Since moving to Vietnam, joining the Terry Fox Run has become a yearly tradition for our family. This year, it’s happening on November 27 (Sunday) at 8 AM in Phu My Hung. If you joined for the last 2 years, it’s the same route.

So today, I went to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, registered, got shirts and bibs. Shirts are at 200,000 VND each.

I hope that this would be our family “thing” even when the kids have grown. My side of the family has been beset with this disease and so I want my kids to be aware so that they’d take care of their bodies better.

Still thinking if we’d ride our bikes our just jog our way through the run or just cheat. Haha.
